Medium Pressure Valve Factory) was established in 1983,and has specialized in
manufacturing valves since 1955.Now it has become the largest specialized center
of scientific research and production on valves in China.The company ocoupies
an area of 160,000 square meters.There are 2100 employees,among which about 300
engineers.
The smelting equipments for steel casting include 1.5T and 5T furnaces
and 3T/AOD refining furnace,and imported 40t/h No-Bake Molding Plant from Italy.
Machining equipments include CKD 5 meters large vertical numerical control lathe,6113-2
large type of numerical control boring mill,universal numerical control machining
center,machine tool for machining largescale balls,plasma spraying welding machine
and etc.
The examinig equipments for quality and high rpecision measuring
instruments include direct-readout spectrometer imported from the USA,infrared
carbon and sulphur detector,80-100 X-ray,Co-60 nondestructive defect detector,and
ultrasonie,magnetic and colored detectors, large scale material testing machine,seal
and strength testing equipment.
Ccomputer auxiliary design system is applied
for product design and technological tool and fixfure designs.My company obtained
ISO 9001 License for quality management system,API spec 6D Monogram License,State
Military Standard License,and design and manufacturing license issued by State
Nuclear Safety Bureau,second class state metrological unit,and fixed nutwork certificates
for petroleum,chemical and electric power.
The Valves of my company are designed
and manufactured according to ANSI、API、MSS、BS、JIS、DIN、GB、JBstandards and etc.
Our company is specialized in manufacturing gate valve、globe valve、 check valve、ball
valve、butterfly valve、pressure reducing valve.All these valve products are widely
used in petroleum、chemical、metallurgy、electric power、hydraulic power and nuclear
industries. Technical parameters of product:PN:0.1--200Mpa; DN:25--2500mm;Temperature:-269--+860℃; Material
available;carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.
